Ross Chocolates is the maker of fine "Belgian" chocolate bars. Ross
uses more pure smooth Belgian chocolates with rich cocoa butter than

converted into maltitol. Maltitol tastes like sugar and is similar to
sugar in physical size. Maltitol has about 90% of the sweetness of

'reduced calories' maltitol is suitable for those concerned with their
caloric intake and people seeking a low carbohydrate diet. It is also
suitable for diabetics.
Because many are sensitive to
dairy products and are lactose intolerant, Ross also makes “Lactose
Free” chocolates using rice milk instead of dairy milk.
