Ross Chocolates is the maker of fine "Belgian" chocolate bars. Ross uses more pure smooth Belgian chocolates with rich cocoa butter than common chocolate bars. The use of such quality ingredient is reflected in the rich premium taste of Ross Chocolate bars. Ross makes “NO SUGAR ADDED” and “LACTOSE FREE” chocolate products.

Its No Sugar Added products are sweetened with Maltitol, a natural ingredient containing no additives or artificial ingredients. Maltitol naturally occurs in some fruits, but is also commercially made. Maltose, a corn sugar, is extracted and converted into maltitol. Maltitol tastes like sugar and is similar to sugar in physical size. Maltitol has about 90% of the sweetness of sugar, but only half its calories. Because it is sugar free and 'reduced calories' maltitol is suitable for those concerned with their caloric intake and people seeking a low carbohydrate diet. It is also suitable for diabetics.

Because many are sensitive to dairy products and are lactose intolerant, Ross also makes “Lactose Free” chocolates using rice milk instead of dairy milk.
